This visual identity for the NeoCon conference explores the tension between fragmentation and unity through a bold, collage-based approach. Using a limited palette of black, red, and grayscale, the system relies on montage and masked imagery to create a dynamic, layered atmosphere. Visual elements clash and collide—but through intentional structure, they converge into a coherent voice.
